How do I track my flights?

We provide a custom made ACARS tracking software that is compatible with all major flight simulators. You can login with your McFly credentials. Simply click on Your Name > Downloads in the top navigation menu.

How do I dispatch a flight?

You can dispatch scheduled flights (Operations Center > Schedule) and tour legs (Operations Center > Tours & Events) straight from the top navigation menu.
Once you have disptached a flight, it will automatically be visible and ready to be flown in the ACARS software.

How do I dispatch a charter flight?

No need to dispatch charter flights on the webpage, simply start your acars and fill in the required fields manually, then start the flight there.
Or, more conveniently, you can also fetch a previously made SimBrief flightplan by clicking on the Dispatch from SimBrief button.

How do I start a VFR flight?

You can dispatch VFR flights on the webpage (for instance MSFS2020 Bush Trips), but you can also start them from inside the ACARS software itself (similarly to charter flights).
Useful tip: In case of VFR flights, you need to climb to at least 500 Feet AGL for the ACARS to register that you have started your flight.

Do I need to fly using McFly liveries?

No, you have the freedom to fly whatever plane you'd like in whatever livery you want. However, we are working on our own liveries, and once they are ready you will have those at your disposal as well. (But even then you won't be required to fly using them if you don't want to.)

I can't find the plane I want to fly. Can I only fly those that are in the fleet?

No, you are free to fly whatever plane you'd like to. The only requirement is - if you fly online - using your McFly pilot ID as your callsign on Vatsim or IVAO.
If your desired plane is not in our fleet, you can start the flight from inside the ACARS as a charter flight, or generate a simbrief flightplan and then import that into your ACARS.
We are also happy to add whatever aircraft you desire to our fleet, so just drop us a note, and we'll do it.

I can't find the base I want to fly from.

No problem, just let us know, and we'll add that base to our operations. The same goes for any routes that you would like to see among our scheduled flights.
